I must see myself as the most beautiful thing created by nature. I am imperfect in every part and yet my whole is beyond any comparison. I must admire the beauty around me and recognize the many small sources of joy.
I also need to realize that the complexity that I have surrounded myself with too adds colour to my spirit.
